Volunteer Opportunity: Kitchen Tours

This is a volunteer oppurtunity you do not want to miss!!! You will have a blast! Kitchen Tours Needs Volunteers! The proceeds from this year's Kitchen Tour will go to the: Schools for Healthy Lifestyles, and Health Alliance for the Uninsured. The Kitchen Tour will be on October 25th (Sunday). We have 5 homes in the Nichols Hills Area. The 5 homes are: 1. 1210 Larchmont Lane 2. 1709 Camden Way 3. 6917 Grand Blvd. 4. 1714 Coventry Lane 5. 2431 Grand Circle We are running 3- 2hr shifts: 11am-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm. For a couple of hours you will be helping the host give out samples of food by professional chefs in some of Nichols Hills' most beautiful kitchens! We would appreciate all the help we can get. I missed out on this my first year because I didn't know if I would know anyone going. Shame on me! Trust me when I say, you don't need to! People (doctor's and resident's wives) are so friendly and will absolutely welcome you in open arms because you are apart of the medical community and you are extremely important to their success as a county Alliance. If it weren't for the med school and resident spouses joining in, they're membership would die out over time. So seriously think about doing this, because it is a really, really neat oppurtunity.
